Buyers are now able to access more spacious properties, making these micro-units a tough sell with limited appeal for most end-users.<\/p>\n<p>The data is clear: in Early-Q3, about 98% of GTA neighbourhoods with at least five condo sales saw units close below asking price, giving buyers an unusual amount of negotiating power. Even single-family homes faced underbidding in roughly 92% of neighbourhoods, but condos were especially affected as investor demand thinned and investor-geared units lingered on the market.
